Beth was beautiful and alot of fun.  We had some crazy times back in school.  We were roommates our first year of college at OSU until I bailed and transferred to OU.  That is where I was when I got the call.  A car accident took her way too soon.  Her funeral remains one of the saddest days of my life.

Beth will never be forgotten.  I treasure the memories of her friendship and will miss her always.

Beth intoduced me to music I never listened to before (most importantly the B-52s).  We were friends but we didn't grow up together.  She went to OSU and I went to OU, but our friendship was strong enough to weather the differences.  I wish she was here today - I think of her often - espically when I drive by where I know she worked.  Beth was the first loss of a friend I ever felt.

Beth was a huge fan of the band Yes.  She always was a happy person and seemed to always have a smile on her face.

Beth was my prom date in 81.  Ann Allison called me that terrible morning in Stillwater.  What a shock to a 19 year old.

I have remand contact with her family through all the years.  I was the best man in her youngest sisters wedding.  If you get a chance to meet her sisters, nephews and nieces, you can still see her smiling.

Am happy that Beth's memory lives on through my beautiful niece, who was aptly named after her and who actually looks like her.  Beth would be proud of her nieces and nephews, the youngest (Amy)  of whom, will be following Beth’s foot steps by attending OSU next year with my son (her cousin) Robby.

I remember going out to lunch with Beth in high school and how we'd have to go through a drive through and eat in the car b/c we had so little time. Beth was a happy, fun loving person. I was at OSU when she died. It was a sad, sad event and made a big impact in my life. I did not go back to OSU that next year but transferred to TU. I visited her grave site often. Beth was easy going and kind to everyone. I have thought of her often through the years.

Beth was such a dear and close friend of mine.  So many memories of her too.  That was surely the hardest few days when I called her sorority house wondering where she was in the wee hours of the morning - all that confusion- to her funeral.  I don't know if I ever got over that, but did grow from it and know she is watching us all from above.  I think everyone will feel her presence as they gather this summer too.   She had such a shiny spirit! She was loved. Rest in Peace Beth. xo
